MISSION ARCHITECTS

As mission architects, our role is to listen to your God-given dreams and visions and to provide your with a Mission Plan that can bring your ideas to life. We provide the service, labor, and expertise to do the work between meetings and fill the gap to make you more productive in areas where you are understaffed or lack experience. Our added people-power can do the work needed to make your good ideas a reality and enable you to move forward in starting a new expression of church or in taking church in a new direction.

Need a new vision and mission for your church
to connect with a changing world?

We can work with the leadership of your local church as a catalyst to help you create a new vision and mission for your community.

This process normally requires praying, walking the community, engaging key people from the community, and meeting monthly for 9 months.

Want to start a new worshiping community but don’t know what to do first?

We can lead a team discern, experiment, and refine a mission plan for a completely new worshiping community.

This discernment process normally requires meeting monthly, walking the community,
and trying a few relationship-building experiments over 9 months.

Have a cluster of churches that want to gain some focus and momentum in a new mission?

We can work with a cluster of churches to help discern new missions within the existing churches and/or new missions that may develop into new churches.

This process of discernment normally requires bringing the leadership of the cluster of churches together to gain insights and direction for an area.
We meet twice for a full day with each church’s leadership, walk the community, pray, discern, and develop experiments to engage with the community.
The leadership of the cluster of churches convenes to share insights, compare experiments,
and determine if there are opportunities for shared ministry.
