Exploring the Possibilities
How do we engage with this group of people? What works? What doesn’t?

Finding Missionary Leaders
Who are the “sent”? Those who will be a part of the leadership team.
Who are the “senders”? This who will support this work.

Finalizing the Mission Plan
What are our core values?
What are the objectives of our Mission?
What resources (e.g., people, facilities, money) does it require?
What is our plan for financial sustainability?
How will we evaluate the progress of our Mission?
